CONDITION OF USE
The use of the maurizioZatti Gift Card is governed by the following conditions of use.
The maurizioZatti Gift Card is intended exclusively for online purchase.
The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from activation.It is a “prepaid” card and therefore can be used for multiple purchases until the contained value is completely exhausted or partial payment of a purchase.
The Gift Card cannot be reloaded and does not give the right to cash refunds, it can always be used as a payment method, it is bearer and is equivalent to cash: if it is lost, stolen or damaged, the card cannot be blocked and cannot be no responsibility can be attributed to maurizioZatti for its improper use, theft, loss or damage.
If the address of the recipient of the card is incorrect, no responsibility can be attributed to maurizioZatti.
After the expiry date, the maurizioZatti Gift Card can no longer be used nor will the bearer be entitled to any form of reimbursement of the residual credit.
At the time of its purchase, the maurizioZatti Gift Card does not adhere to promotions other than those specifically dedicated to certain periods of the year and in any case properly communicated to the customer.
It cannot be used to purchase other Gift Certificates.
It cannot be recharged and does not give the right to cash refunds for the contained amount.
